Please follow the registration link for your appropriate membership organization (AAR, SBL, ASSR, and ASOR).  Should you be a member of more than one organization, choose the DUAL Members link.  (Non-members, NABPR, IBR, and other related scholarly organizations, choose from the closest other category if you are not a member of any.)  Each link opens a distinctive SWCRS Registration site hosted by Oxford Abstracts.  

• Please note that the registration sites use the language of "delegates."  You become a delegate to the meeting after you initially register.

Spouse/Partner (with Member) Registration:  Email swcrs with name of spouse/partner, and member who is registered online.  Then pay spouse/partner rate at the SWCRS PayPal site directly.

Group Registration: Email swcrs with names of each person, organizational affiliation, and membership category.  Calculate the total fee for all persons, and submit payment through the SWCRS PayPal site directly.

Registration takes about 5 minutes.  Payment is by credit card through the SWCRS PayPal account.

Online registration is the easiest way to register. Online registration remains open until March 6, 2012.

Registration includes access to all meetings, two coffee breaks, and the major Saturday evening reception. 

Advanced registration provides you with a 15%  discount over the late and onsite registration rates.
