I am scheduled to present a paper but cannot attend or will be unable to present. What should I do?
Q. I would like to know more about a paper presentation I attended, but was unable to speak with the presenter during the conference. How can I get in touch with the presenter?
If you would like to contact a paper presenter, send us the presenters name, the name of the paper/presentation, as well as the the date and time of the presentation. You can also include a brief note for the presenter. If the SWCRS has contact information available, we will forward the request to the presenter, along with your contact information. Due to privacy concerns, the SWCRS cannot disclose personal information of members without explicit approval. Send requests to mail@swcrs-online.org. You can also submit a request online.

Q. I have paid my membership dues to AAR/ASOR/ASSR/SBL and have registered for the annual meeting of AAR/ASOR/ASSR/SBL. Does this mean I am also registered for the SWCRS Regional Meeting?
No. Though the SWCRS acts as an umbrella organization for these groups, your membership dues and registration for AAR/ASOR/ASSR/SBL are separate from SWCRS registration. You can register for the SWCRS Regional Meeting here.
