Institutional Sponsorships

Institutional sponsors are recognized on the SWCRS website, in the printed program, and on meeting signs.

        • Conference Sponsorship: $750 annually (includes a full page ad in the printed program).
        • Premier Sponsorship: $500 annually (includes a half page ad in the printed program).
        • Institutional Sponsorship: $350 annually (includes a quarter page ad in the printed program).
        • Continuing Sponsorship: $250 annually.
        • New Sponsorship: $200 annually for the first two years that an institution supports SWCRS.

Exhibitor and Publisher Payments

All exhibitor and publisher payments should be submitted via check, Paypal, or Eventbrite within 4 weeks prior to the meeting date. Please contact the SWCRS Executive Secretary with any questions.
